    Hello, we are using the latest update and it appears to have stopped creating duplicate issues, which is great news. Unfortunately, the connection to the server keeps being broken (although it tells you it is still connected) and the program has to be closed and reopened for it to work again. If we import issues from BIM Track and set filters, it all imports ok and updating or adding issues works fine. However, after a while (and this time is random), the BCF LIVE VIEW will stop syncing new issues or edited issues and they just build up as unsynced. If you try to add comments to an issue after this time, the comments are not added and just disappear when you try to add them. You are then unable to add any new viewpoints either and any changes that might be made do not activate the “mark as ready” option. If you manually disconnect LIVE VIEW from the server and reimport the issues, it then imports everything and ignores any filters you may have set. We have found that the only solution to this is to exit Solibri, reopen and start again, losing any work that did not previously sync.
    Is this a known issue?
