    Hi there,

In my experience, ifcSite elements are always ‘on’. If I hide all my models in the Model Tree, the ifcSite elements are still visible. (I can hide them with the Hide command, but that’s offcourse far from optimal).

Also, these items tend to not get a colour when you select them with the info or select button.

Actually I think the IfcSite elements are always “off” and the land surface always vanishes if you don’t show all.

In fact it also seems to be impossible to give the land a colour via classifications as this simply paints all other elements but not the actual surface. Is there any way to do so or is it mandatory to classify the land site differently to achieve that?

@Matti-Kannala said in ifcSite elements are always on:

IfcSite displaying behaviour is still weird and it can’t be properly used in classifcations and filters either.
