Wrong zone checking with multiple IFCs

It has been some time that I am experiencing an annoying report from Solibri with SOL/202/1.4 when using multiple IFC files. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but did not manage to repair it. Here is how the result looks like:
The result shows the missing zones in the correct model (left), whereas it includes the other model (right). In this case in the second model, all zones for some reason are marked as missing, even though the IfcSpaces are present. I am not able to document the missing areas since it includes the whole floor of another building!!!
What am I doing wrong here?
Does anyone have any tip how to repair this?
