BCF Live Connector - some Issues will not upload / sync

Good morning and a good start into the week!
When using the BCF Live connector I run into the problem that some Issues will not upload / sync while other ones do easily:
I imported them from a presentation and these are slides with grouped Issues. I can´t see a difference to the ones that will upload. I tried closing Solibri and re-import them afterwards, also deleting the slides and creating new ones , neither did fix it.
Using the laste version of solibri 9.12.7.24, but the same error happend with the version before it
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
