    Hi @Solibrians
    I have a critical situation, since I cannot log in into Solibri!
    This error appears upon first try to log in. Credentials are off course correct.
    Why my log in is deactivated?

    I need solibri for my meeting today at 12:30…

      Which version of Solibri you are using? Can you provide us the log and your email address? You can send it to support or to me in private chat.

        since I cannot open Solibri I assume that is one of the following:

        Solibri_v9_12_windows_64bit_9_12_6_22-20210520

        Solibri_v9_12_windows_64bit_9_12_4_18-20210315

        Sorry, but can you explain how do i create the log if I cannot open the software?

          Hi @agroni,

          With enabling debug log, it always produces the initial logs even if the software doesn’t start. It was needed for understanding which version of Solibri you are using. As you have already provided that info, I still need your email address to verify the state. Please send it to support or to private chat.
          Note that, this error message appears if the credentials are wrong/if you attempted to login several times with wrong credentials.
