HELP! Cannot Log In

Hi @Solibrians
I have a critical situation, since I cannot log in into Solibri!
This error appears upon first try to log in. Credentials are off course correct.
Why my log in is deactivated?
Some help would be highly appreciated.
I need solibri for my meeting today at 12:30…

Hi @agroni,
With enabling debug log, it always produces the initial logs even if the software doesn’t start. It was needed for understanding which version of Solibri you are using. As you have already provided that info, I still need your email address to verify the state. Please send it to support or to private chat.
Note that, this error message appears if the credentials are wrong/if you attempted to login several times with wrong credentials.
