BCF Live Connector - can't sync with BIMcollab

Hello,

I have the following problem:
I am using the BCF Live Connector to sync with BIMcollab.
Solibri does sync the comments made on BIMcollab. So everything I or another teammember does in BIMcollab, I will see in Solibri.
The problem is, that when I place a comment on an issue in the BCF Live Connector in Solibri, these won’t sync to BIMcollab.
It’s also not possible for me to upload new issues.

I’ve already deinstalled and installed Solibri again.
I also tried Solibri 9.12.7 and 9.12.8 but both the same problem.
I also deleted the server in the BCF Live Connector and added it again. And I already tried to switch between ‘Automatic synchronization’ and manual.
It happens in every project I have in BIMcollab, but only to me. My colleagues don’t have the problem, with the same projects. They can sync normally.

The sync status in the BCF Live Connector stays like in the picture below.

Hope anyone knows what to do!
