Number before Rule Templates

Hi Everyone,

Why is the numbering before the rule templates not in order?

Eg. Rule Templates start from 01 general intersection rule, then jump to 11 model should have components.

Hi. The numbers come from software development order. Between 1 and 11 for example there might have been rules which were never publicly released and are thus not usable.
