Checking if an element is within the sprinkler's effective diameter?

Hi, I am looking for a rule that checks if there an element is within the sprinkler’s effective diameter?

I have seen it somewhere in the past but I can’t remember where it is now.

The rule must check if the elements are within the hatched areas in the attached Picture.
