BCF Live Slow Sync

Hi @Solibrians

We see the problem, that the sync to BIMcollab over BCF Live runs very slow. Up to ten minutes for 20 Issues. Over 600 Issues more than 2 hours.
Do’s everyone had the same issue? Or is it normal?

anyone? We try to sync with BIMcollab. Any other faster Sync plattforms? BIMtrack etc.

Hi. That is not normal. Hard to speculate about the reason with only this information. You could add

-Dlogging_level=DEBUG

to the VM options file to enable debug logging level and send it to the support if the problem continues.
