BCF Live connection not available

I wonder what goes wrong when trying to connect to a BCF Live server, one receives this error message? Poorly installed Solibri? Network issue?

Hey @soininvaara

I encountered this error a couple of days ago as well.
In my case, it was due to the fact that the user was disabled in the SSC (Solibri Solution Center).

So, the user was able to start the Software, but not to connect to any server.
Maybe there is a possibility that this could also cause the error in your case?

Hi. This could at least happen when you open Solibri, but Solibri opens in Anywhere mode due to connection issues. BLC is available in Anywhere, but only if you are logged in to the product. You can try reopening Solibri.
