How to update rulesets globally?

Hello, I am seek for an advice for how to manage rulesets in different projects. What is the fastest way to update rulesets in all projects if one ruleset in one project is updated?

At the moment I hold all ruleset in one package/file.

I could divide one big ruleset to smaller ones to have less intrusive results, but perhaps there is even more elegant solution?

Difficult. You would have to reload them manually I guess which is of course leading to the loss of results.

Just perhaps it is possible to open rules via text editor ir paste it into the Solibri file via text editor as well?
I was trying, but without luck so far.
