Connection Problem (Solibri Office)

I’m having an issue while trying to access solibri office.

Startup cannot be completed.
A problem was encountered.
Error:
Connection Problem
"
It’s probably a firewall settings from my company. This problem only shows up when i’m connected to my company’s wi-fi.
We tried to allow traffic to the following adresses, as recommended

But the problem still shows up. Is there any other adress that I need to allow in my firewall?

Our support representative has said the following:
Hi Matheus,
Please check from Solibri’s: File>>Settings>>Proxy server settings, if you have any proxy in use. If Yes, uncheck the ‘use proxy server’ option and restart Solibri.
If the above is not the issue, send your log files to [email protected] for further investigation.

My Proxy Server Settings is unchecked.
