SERIOUS bug Solibri?

Hi All.

I have a serious bug in Solibri.
In Solibri I see 1 bolt in my 3D view. But in BIMvision and in BIMcollab I see 2 bolts in 3D.

(solibri build number: 9.13.2.10)

What can it be?

Dit probleem wordt veroorzaakt door een bug in Solibri versie 9.13.2.10. Deze bug is bekend bij onze ontwikkelaars en wordt momenteel met hoge prioriteit aangepakt. Het is de bedoeling dat dit in de volgende release van Solibri is gerepareerd.

In de tussentijd kan je overwegen om tijdelijk terug te gaan naar Solibri versie 9.13.1.25. Dit is de meest recente release die dit gedrag niet vertoont.

This issue is caused by a bug in Solibri version 9.13.2.10. This bug is known to our developers and is currently being addressed with a high priority. This is intended to be fixed in the next release of Solibri.

In the meantime, you can consider temporarily going back to Solibri version 9.13.1.25. This is the most recent release that does not exhibit this behavior.

This will be fixed in the next version 9.13.3. The beta should be out in couple of weeks.

Hi, can you say anything about any other consequences from this bug? Or does it only affect bolts?

In my case it is only the bold assembly, but more than once.
I can’t figure it out how and when, becuase it looks incidential.

But we have all the licences set back to version 9.13.1.25.
