Incorrect placing of Fasteners in an Assembly

We encountered a problem with an IFC2x3 from Tekla.
The Fasteners who are placed in an Assembly are not in correct place.

I even think they are on top of each other.
In other viewers (FZK, BIMcollab ZOOM) and in Revit everything is fine. So the IFC itself should be ok.

Does anybody recognize this problem? Is there a solution. Perhaps we will try IFC4 export
Is this only a visual problem, or is this also effecting clash results or calculations?

What solibri version are you running? I would suggest to try an older version.
