    Would be great if the objects IfcSpatialZone can be present in the “component Hierarchy”

      Agree! IfcSpatialZone even isn’t an IfcGroup sub enitity - it is a sub of IfcSpatialElement and has specific geometry of its own (placement and shape representation).
