I want to pull data from our solibri account and the help center told us to ask on this platform how we can do that. We want to pull this dat with Python and we need a api key to do so. Can anyone help us?

@Claudia-0 Could you please elaborate what kind of data points from your account (I assume you would like to get the software usage from your SSC account) you would like to get through this API?

@Eric We would like to retrieve the Issues from Solibri, including the date, who and which supplier posted the issue, what the status of the issue is, and any additional information that may be available.

@Claudia-0 Thanks for clarifying. We unfortunately don’t have direct Python support. There was earlier discussions about similar needs and one of our developer mentioned some ideas, see this post:

@Claudia-0 One possibility is that you export the issues from Solibri in BCF-XML format and dig the info you need from there.
