Geometrical connection between models

Hi, I have a situation where I need to check connections between 2 different models that contain plumbing.

There are 3 outcomes:
1.everything is ok,
2.The connection is inaccurate, an issue should be created. Example is shown in picture above.
3. completely unacceptable results

At the moment I use this rule, but it does not detect 3rd cases.

Any tip? I could classify endings, but usually endings does not contain special parameters nor it have stable guid so manual classification wouldn’t work

@twosk Can you show the full parameterization of the rule?

You may need to limit the checks per system. Do the components in different models have some information that can be used to limit the checking to only those that actually need to connect? I assume that the “narrow brown pipes” should connect. You could have the filters to focus only on those pipes and have different rule instances for different systems. Also what do you have as the Minimum Number in the Target Component? I believe it should be two, since both ends of the pipes should connect.
