Test for distance between Opening by MEP and slab, advanced

Dear Solibrians,
does anyone have a suggestion on how to check the distances between the openings supplied by MEP and the slabs.
The rule should apply if the distance is smaller than a defined threshold (no distance between opening and slab) and is greater than a defined threshold value.
I have attached a screenshot showing the result I am hoping for.

I have tried the following:
23 components must touch other components as a gatekeeper rule:
Any opening closer than a defined threshold to a slab is passed to the next rule. (The opening is probably too close to the slab)
222 Component distance:
Checks if the opening is not actually meant to touch the slab. The distance should be smaller than 1 cm.

This does not work because only the openings are passed on to the rule inside, but not the slabs.
