PREDENIFINED ISSUES DETAILS

Hi, I want to know if there is any possibility to use predefined details for the issues through rules. I couldn’t find information on this in the Solibri community. If it’s only possible through an API-based rule, how can I achieve creating a rule like that?
For example, suppose I have a general intersection rule for detecting clashes between a pipe and a beam, and I want the generated issues to already have a predefined description like ‘Remove the pipe inside the beam’ and a title such as ‘PIPE x BEAM.’ Is that possible?

Not only the description, but also other parameters can be predefined at rule level.
