License login issue

Hi, I’m sorry if this post shouldnt be here, i did some search and I could not find information solving my issue. Im very new with the program.

So I installed Solibri and apparently I chose the Anywhere License, and now I cant change it to office. I tried to uninstall the program, even log in with a trial accound for Solibri Office. I just cant change my License. Once I open the program there is no way to do any of this.

Even uninstalling Solibri, and deleting all the files related to it, there is no way I can enter in the License picking after I log in with my user and password.

Under File > Settings > General, there is an option to disable the ‘Remember me’, which will allow you to choose a different product on startup.
