Solibri doesn't return any results

Hi Solibrians
I’m using custom rules and one of them doesn’t return any results

It just returns “All results are filtered out”. And if I run the rule again and again, the result summary is duplicated like 35 -> 70 -> 105 -> …
I try to debug in my custom rule and figure out it has an exception when trying to export excel file.
Why does “All results are filtered out”. appear and when does it appear?
