Model comparison between two models from different programs

Hello,
What am trying to acheive is to verify if there is a difference in geometry or location between components from Revit model and Allplan model. The problem is when using the rule #206 Model comparison, i get a lot of results that are not accurate, like for example if two walls have different geometry the result will be located under Deleted and not modified.
Is it better to use the rule #223 and change on of the model discpline to architecture to see if there is a difference in geometry?
