BCF LC - Server Connection Fail

I have been trying to connect to the Dalux Server and constantly get connection failure. I have also tried with BIMCollab and got the same… How do i fix this so i am able to use the BCF LC

Hello @matt-knowles , please close Solibri and delete the .solibri folder from the path below and retry.
C:\Users<username>.solibri
If the issue persists, send your log files to [email protected] for further assistance.
logs; C:\Program Files\Solibri\SOLIBRI\log
