DALUX BCF Live view makes 3D View glitch

Hello everyone,

Has anybody else been experiencing issues with the BCF Live Connector in relation with the Dalux Issue Management System? Whenever I connect to the Dalux platform at some point the viewpoint of the issue is no longer automatically zoomed to when selecting a ‘slide’. Then afterwards the 3D view remains completely ‘gray’/empty and I can’t visualize any elements any more, not even when selecting one single element and zooming to this specific element, nor with the show all, nor with the zoom extents button, it’s just completely empty.

Has anybody experienced this and is there a solution?

Are these slides created originally in Solibri?

When this happens please check the log file: “C:\Program Files\Solibri\SOLIBRI\log\runtime.log”.
You could send log file to Solibri support with link to this Society Thread.

HI Matti, no they were originally created in Revit (2022). I will send this to Solibri Support, thank you!
