floor naming and elevation check

Hi, is there an elegant solution for to check floor naming and elevations? :

1.that in floors in each model are named like federated floor(like in architectural model)? I could do it via classification and later check if there floors that are not classified.
2.that each floor that is named correctly is in same elevation like federated floor (like in architectural model)?

It seems that Floor Names Must Be Consecutive 288 rule could that, but there is no parameters to it.
