Need help with a gatekeeper

I can’t figure this out. Noob regarding gatekeeper rules.
I want to run an intersection rule on all elements that have the property StatusConstruction as “New” in a pset BIP. All discipline models have the pset BIP.
I reckon I create a gatekeeper to pass all elements corresponding to the criteria above but I’m not really which rules I should use.
Hope someone can helt me out. I assume it’s very simple when you understand how to do it…

As I understood the question I don’t think you actually need a gatekeeper rule.
I think you could use the general intersection rule and check any component with the property set “pset BIP” and the property “StatusConstruction” that is one of “New”.
A gatekeeper should be possible too but I think this would be unnecessary in this case.
