Can't complete connection to SharePoint / OneDrive

Hi everyone and more specifically @Solibrians
We finally could convince our company admin to give the correct rights to SharePoint, but after the confirmation message for the authentication (below), nothing happens in Solibri.

Solibri stays unchanged:

I guess something about the firewall is blocking some kind of feedback. Any hint on what that could be?
It would help out to give some orientation to IT…I’m using 24.12
