Solibri calculates wrong area of ceiling with openings

Hei

I have a ceiling with some opening that was created in Revit.

It looks like Solibri calculates the area without finding the openings:

While from Revit one can get the right net area.

Does anyone knows why and how to fix this? Even how to model the openings in Revit to avoid this issue?
