Ruleset Eror - Fail when items are correct

I have made a ruleset for DfE requirements based on Predefined types from the customers PIS. As you can see in the image i am checking for the IfcSlab with a predefined type of ROOF or Roof. I did turn off case sensitiveness just encase

Reviewing the teams information i have a fail even thought the items are correct. Although the item is showing it as a Roof the BIM Data is showing it as an IfcSlab with predefined type as Roof which is correct

I think i know the issue is that Solibri seems to be bringing it through as a roof entity rather than a Slab in the component which is why this is flagging because the component of a roof doesnt have a predefined type of Roof.

So the info is correct, the IfcEntity is correct, but Solibri is reading it as a Roof (which to be fair i am trying to define a slab as a roof) but the rule cannot read the components correctly to pass.
