enough space left/right from a door

looking for a rule to check if there is enough space (for exampl 20 cm) from left / right of a door

in this case, X not good Y good.

@aroesti I wouldn’t know how to solve case Y off the top of my head. I had case X recently and was able to solve it using rule 226. Here are the rule parameters:

Rule 216 might help in case X? Something like that?

I found Rule 208, but its results are inconsistent, so I opened a bug report and I’m waiting for support.
