Solibri Rule 203 Query

Hi all,
I’d like to ask if there is any way to configure Rule 203 (or any other) to verify, whether certain value exist in the model elements and spot it (instead of giving a pass)?

I want to screen every element, every property set and every property to check, whether they have value “TBC” or “N/A”. I am not sure if it’s achievable without providing a list of properties/psets; do you know any trick allowing me to check it? I am not advanced user and don’t know the syntax in Value Conditions.

Simple rule will follow the logic:
Check ANY property in ANY property set in ANY element in the model and if the value is “TBC” or “N/A”, add to selection basket

I tried to achieve it by using * in psets/properties, but I think I messed something up.
Any ideas?
