Company extensions

Hello,

I installed Solibri 25.12 and I noticed that I still have problems viewing company extensions: even though I published the extension on the Solibri Center, I can’t see it in the “extensions page” inside Solibri Office. I tried refreshing the page, closing and reopening the software, but nothing… However, I noticed that the organization is not listed on my account tab: could this be the problem (see image below) ? Since the reference company is missing, does Solibri not let me see the associated extensions? How can I fix this? Thanks.
