    Hello everyone,

    What is behind this error message?

    401 Unauthorized on GET request for “https://api.solibri.com/configuration”: “Client info not found”!

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Hi @JMann , please delete .solibri folders (note the dot) from the path C:\Users<username> and re-launch Solibri. If the issue still persists, please send the log folder to [email protected] after zipping it. The log folder can be found on the installation folder i.e C:\Program Files\Solibri\SOLIBRI.
