Different results in ruleset between new/previous Solibri version

Hi guys,

We recenty started working with the 25.12.0.83 version.
In this version I noticed strange results with a clashcontrol ruleset I made previously.
After running the ruleset the results seemed somewhat strange.
So I compared it to the previous 25.9.0.82 version.
There are significant differences between both versions.

Please see attached images for the results I am getting.

Is this a known error?
