Markups are not on top of components anymore?

It looks like markups are not placed on top of components (anymore), but at a certain distance?
In my mind they used to be placed on top, but we don’t use this functionality alot. Has this been changed or is this not intented behaviour @Solibrians ?Also, if a Markup is placed when a Section Plane is active, the Markup is placed behind the Section Plane. It looks to be the same distance/offset.
Currently using the latest Solibri version:
25.12.0.84
