Comment box does not open

As mentioned in the beta version, the comment box won’t open in version 24.6.1.
The presentation is created in an earlier version
The issue was created by a colleague, and I can’t see the full content of his comment right now.
However, I can edit issues I’ve created myself by right-clicking and selecting “edit”; opening them by double-clicking doesn’t work.

@BvanDalsum I was not able to reproduce this myself. Could you send over a message to [email protected] with your logs and a video if possible?
