New Presentation "From BCF File" greyed out in Solibri Site

I have a customer still using Solibri Site who has successfully used the Communication layout with Presentations and file-based BCF import/export for years (not BCF Live Connector).

Recently, when creating a new Presentation, the “From BCF File” option is always greyed out.

We’ve reproduced this on three separate Solibri Site installations using different models, so it doesn’t appear to be project-specific.

Is this a known issue or an intentional limitation introduced in a recent version? We cannot find any documentation stating that file-based BCF import into Presentations has been removed, and understand that Solibri Site becoming a legacy product should not disable existing functionality.

Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a known workaround?

@Ove-Hilleren This seems to be an issue on our end, we’ll resolve this and I’ll post here when the feature is again available. It should be available already today or tomorrow and does not require any installation or other actions from you.

This has now been resolved.
