Gatekeeper affects element count in reports

Hello everyone,

We need to keep multiple models and building sections within the same Solibri file while limiting a specific model check and its statistical evaluation to one selected building section. Using gatekeepers is esential to reframe from adapting each ruleset for the 3 differten building sections in the project.

When using a gatekeeper, the relevant elements appear to be filtered correctly for the subsequent rules. However, the solibri overview report seem to use the elements entering the gatekeeper as the total reference quantity, rather than only the filtered elements that are actually passed on and checked. As a result, the percentages shown in the solibri overview results are incorrect. The number of checked elements is the number of the elemetns filtered by the subsequent rules and not by the gatekeeper beforehand.

We have already tested the following approaches, but they do not meet our workflow requirements:

• including the building-section filter directly in each individual rule - solution for now, but not ideal, since we have to adapt the rules very often.
• manual filtering the results after checking all models and changing the nuber in the excel result - no go
• temporarily removing unrelated models from the Solibri file - no go

Is there another way to ensure that only the elements passed through the gatekeeper are used as the total reference quantity for percentage-based results, while keeping all models in the same Solibri file?

Is this a known limitation of Gatekeepers, or is there a specific configuration that controls which elements are used for the reports?

As far as I know, the gatekeeper rule only applies to the left-hand field of the rules listed below it.
So, while the left-hand field of the rule beneath the gatekeeper is filtered based on the results, the right-hand field is not.

That is why I no longer use the gatekeeper rule, and instead rely on classifications to ensure I am comparing the right components.
