Existing ITOs do not update colours after colour changes within classifications

I noticed that in existing ITOs, the colour colums based on a column with classification values do not update as expected when the corresponding colours of a specific classification value are changed within the classification settings.

Even if I remove the colour-based columns from the ITO and add them again, the old colours are still displayed.

However, if I duplicate the ITO, the colours are updated according to the current Classification settings.
