Forma Issues: New projects having problems with viewpoints

As we are working closely with AutoDesk on our Issues support, we’ve noticed a few drawbacks related to new projects created recently (within the last 4-6 weeks):

In previous, existing projects, the viewpoints, view-related settings (isolation, hiding of components etc.), camera angles, and metadata seem to work quite well, given the known limitations.

Recently however, in newer projects it seems that view-related settings (isolation, hiding of components etc.) as well as certain metadata like Assignee and Watchers, are not working correctly anymore. For example, Assignees do not show up for filtering or selection. Viewpoints reset to visualize the entire view.
We have a few reports of this from customers, and we do have an internal test project which also replicates this behavior. In order to help AutoDesk with debugging, if anyone else has similar issues with projects, and especially if you already have a support case open with AutoDesk, please let us know so that we consolidate the requests with them and hopefully get a resolution on the matter ASAP.
Also, if you have experienced these issued and perhaps even found a workaround, we would love to hear more about it!

Yes! This is exactly the problem we have been noticing, particularly the part about the assignees not working. All our US server projects that were created over a year ago work like a charm. However, projects created as recently as the beginning of this year seem to have this problem.
We wanted to use this functionality on a project that was created in April of this year, as we intended to use it as a BCF server for that project. However, we were unable to do so because of this issue.
