Property Values from Agreed List - 'ALL' component types

hi,

i want to check a series of properties values are from agreed lists (in Excel), the Component has no bearing on the allowed values

Rule #9 requires Component to be filled, and there is no ‘Any’ option so the value lists would need to be replicated for every Component type

Is there another rule that can do this? if not can the Any option be added to the Components parameter
