    beam intersection.png

    Hi
My name is Pann and can you guys please help me how to use this rule?
I tried to read it from the rule manual and tried lots of way but couldn’t get what I wanted.
I just want the length of the ‘B’.
Now, the ‘B’ length continues until the end of ‘A’.
I know I can adjust from ‘connection’ column or deduct the length of ‘A’,
but what if there is no intersection beam in the middle?

    😵

@Pann-MH said in Rule #233 - Allowed Beam Intersection Discussion:

an adjust from ‘connection’ column or deduct the length of ‘A’,

Remove the second row from the Allowed Area parameter. Then you have single area.

“but what if there is no intersection beam in the middle?”

The visualization under the parameter shows a case when there is an connection to other beam.
In case you don’t have it the the allowed area is not having that gap.
