Empty IFC models on some computers

Whenever I open an IFC model in Solibri (Anywhere and Office) on my computer, it comes empty, with no elements at all.

I’ve tried opening these models on other computers in my office. On some of them, I have the same problem. On others, it works fine and I can see the model perfectly.

I’ve already checked the models and they are not empty, so it’s probably a Solibri issue rather than an export issue.

What could be the problem here?

Which version of Solibri are you using? (version is visible at File->Help)
Is this initial problem or are you able to get components visible some how?

I was using version 9.10.1, but I updated it to the newest version (9.10.8.34) to see if it worked and it still doesn’t.

I can see the components if I click on it through the hierarchy trees, but as I do so the rest of my IFC models become invisible. The federated model is then unusable.

Which version of Solibri are you using? (version is visible at File->Help)

All models I try opening on my PC have this problem. Opening on other PC’s in the office the ‘3d’ view of the model appears. My machine is new and I’ve recently installed version 9.12.9.13 Revision 15 of Solibri Anywhere

That is years old version. Update to a newer version. The latest is Solibri 25.12.0.
