Custom Info Double still not working in Classifications in 9.12.0

Hi,

I posted an issue with the custom info’s in the beta testing phase for 9.12.0 with a custom info still not working in a classification, I was told this would be fixed but after testing in the new release this still does not work.

Is anyone able to help?

Hi. Can you be more specific? What about it does not work?
We have one issue about translated custom boolean not working, they only work in the English version correctly. That has been fixed in the upcoming (non-public) version already.

When I try to add the custom info to a classification Solibri crashes.

Did you want me to send a model and the custom info package?

That would be helpful yes, as we haven’t yet seen any crashes ourselves.
Generally all custom resource loading should be covered with error handling so that one misbehaving resource would not crash Solibri, but would be ignored and logged. It is possible some case was missed.
