User-defined setting of severity levels in the ruleset manager

Hello,
I am currently trying to customize the severity parameters in the Ruleset Manager to my liking. However, it keeps happening that after setting the parameters, the results get assigned different severity levels. I’m attaching a screenshot so you know what this looks like. As you can see, the components get a different severity level than the higher levels. This also makes filtering the results more difficult. However, I was able to determine that this problem only occurs with the overlap rule. Have any of you looked into this so far and know why this problem occurs, or what I need to do?
