Prompt updating IFC files with multiple users using Sharepoint integration

In many of our projects, multiple planners work in a single .smc file. By communicating well among ourselves about who is working in the model at what time, this works fairly well. Now we want to use SharePoint Integration but are encountering a practical problem in combination with the Update on Prompt functionality. As you know, when using Prompt updating, an Update button appears at the bottom of the screen as soon as a new IFC is available. Each planner is only responsible for a portion of the loaded IFCs. Often, they do not know exactly the status of the IFCs for which another is responsible. Therefor, the problem is that they can only update ALL IFCs simultaneously with this button, also the IFC’s for which a planner is not responsible. It would be highly desirable if instead of immediately updating, a pop-up appears, and you get a selection list to choose which specific IFCs you want to update at that moment. Anyone else who encounters this problem or shares the wish for this functionality in future updates of Solibri?

Use not the promt update method, but let the planners update the IFC self.
If they do that, for instance, every morning for the IFC they working with, they have controle when en what is updating.
If there is no update the IFC is not updating
