Same here (South America) … it seems definitely to be something global … we had an issue in the past related to an updated to DNS servers … or something alike. The curious thing is that https://status.solibri.com/ was also showing everything ok with the servers.

As a short-term, one-time startup workaround, removing your .solibri folder (located for windows users under C:\Users\username) and restarting can help.
