    Basically, this is about the component type air terminal and air terminal box.
    (In the English version, those components are named like that when you select the component type.)

    Now in the german version, both of them are just called Luftauslass, with just the symbol to differ between them.
    The IfcType would help to identify them here in this specific example.
    (See @agroni 's request = Re: Visible IFC Entity.)

    For one of those components, Luftauslass isn’t the correct term.
    It rather should be Volumenstromregler.
    In the graphic below i marked which one is considered a Luftauslass and which should be called Volumenstromregler.
