Classifications not Classifying Automatically

Having an issue where the classification codes arent classifying unless i go into the classification and click on classified components

This image is a clash result first run with Arch/Structures/MEP

this image shows that the MEP is marked as unclassified

Check unclassified and nothing is there

Go to classified and i can see the MEP components and these are marked as MEP discipline classification

It is now recognised

And the Clash detection now works as expected again

Happens here aswell, been like this for aslong as I can remember.
